is:<\/p>\n<p>1. Welfare and Humanitarian activities<\/p>\n<p>2. Social Health care activities<\/p>\n<p>We anticipate planning, set-up and initial phase of our Centre to take 15 &#8211; 18 Months, allowing enough time to make sure that the efforts and programmes established are up to desired standards and meeting community needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d15b0f1\" data-id=\"d15b0f1\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ef0987 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ef0987\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Following which the second phase will commence with:<\/p>\n<p>3. It is imperative that we are also able to empower our community to be able to fend for themselves as we believe that education and sports are the main anchors in alleviating oneself out of protection of the safety of the general public.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The promotion or protection of family stability.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The provision of facilities for the protection and care of children under school-going age of poor and needy parents.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Community development for poor and needy persons and anit-poverty initiatives, including the promotion of community-based projects relating to self-help, empowerment, capacity building, skills develpment or anti-poverty.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section preventative and education programmes relating to HIV\/AIDS.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(d) The care, counseling or treatment of persons afflicted with HIV\/AIDS, including the care or counseling of their families and dependants in this regard.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(e) The provision of blood transfusion, organ donor or similar services.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(f) The provision of primary health care education, sex education or family planning.<span defined in terms of the Higher Education Act, 1997, (Act No. 101 of 1997).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(c) \u201cAdult basic education and training\u201d, as defined in the Adult Basic Education and Training Act, 2000, (Act No. 52 of 2000), including literacy and numeracy education.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(d) \u201cFurther education and training\u201d provided by a \u201cpublic college\u201d or \u201cprivate college\u201d as defined in the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of 2006), which is registered in terms of that Act.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(e) Training for unemployed persons with the purpose of enabling them to obtain employment.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(f) The training or education of persons with a severe physical or mental disability.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(g) The provision of bridging courses to enable educationally disadvantaged persons to enter a higher education institution as envisaged in subparagraph (b).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-8e1739a\" data-id=\"8e1739a\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b92c03 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b92c03\" services for pre-school children.<\/p><p>(i) Training of persons employed in the national, provincial and local spheres of government, for purposes of capacity building in those spheres of government.<\/p><p>(j) The provision of school buildings or equipment for public schools and educational institutions engaged in public benefit activities contemplated in subparagraphs (a) to (h).<\/p><p>(k) Career guidance and counseling services provided to persons attending any school or higher education institution as envisaged in subparagraphs (a) and (b).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(l) The provision of hostel accommodation to students of a public benefit organisation contemplated in section 30 or an institution, board or body contemplated in section 10(1)(cA)(i), carrying on activities envisaged in subparagraphs (a) to (g).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>(m)Programmes addressing needs in education provision, learning, teaching, training, curriculum support, governance, whole school development, safety and security at schools, pre-schools or educational institutions as envisaged in subparagraphs (a) to (h).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
